As selected by their peers, there was a tie in voting. Both of these individuals are very deserving goaltenders and play an important role on their teams.
Although his stats may not show, with the number of shots he sees on a regular basis, he is by far a premier goaltender in the NCHL

HOCKEY OFFICIAL RECOGNITION
The NCHL gives recognition for his service to the league in officiating, his role in the West Satellite Referree Zone these past years, and his participation with the Hinton Heat during their re-organizational year.
Being our 5th full season of play, this year is a bit of a landmark for us. During this time, he has been an official who has been well respected, maintained his focus for Senior Hockey and been a friend to both fellow officials and hockey.
We extend our appreciation and recognition and wish him well in what is coming in the future for him and his family as they move on from Hinton
